"Excellente cuisine le porc est un delice avec plusieurs sauces toutes aussi bonnes et les proprietaires sont vraiment adorables"

- Sylvie B.

"Hubby and I are in Townsend TN for a few days on our vacation doing some riding, checking out the area, etc. I found Hatcher's just searching for restaurants in the area. The great reviews brought us to Hatcher's today and so glad we visited. We both had the Brisket Philly sammies, baked beans and mac & cheese. TO DIE FOR! One of the best sandwiches I ever had. I'm sure all the food is great just as the reviews state. It's no frills at all and it wasn't crowded around 2 pm. It's not touristy and you must seek this place out. This is a family, veteran owned business and if I lived here, I'd be back again and again. Don't miss out!"

- Carla S.

"Sooooo good! I would eat here everyday if I could. The "After Burner" hot sauce is epic. Give it a try and be warned: it's hot! Everything was delicious. The pickle fries are very good and done differently than other places or versions I've tried. These are my favorite variety of fried pickles. The business is veteran owned and family operated so support local and a vet at the same time. I'll be back!"

"Literally the best bbq I've ever had. Every side was plentiful and delicious, AND THEY HAVE CHEERWINE! Best restaurant in Blount County!"

- Johnathan R.

"Stopped by here today for a quick lunch. This place is phenomenal. It's not bland bbq for extreme prices. The smoked bologna was amazing. The brisket sandwich was thick and juicy. The "Better Together" sauce was on point. It's a blend of sweet, with a little bit of heat. Mac n Cheese was great too. I'll be back for sure. Probably on a weekly basis for lunch!"

- Matt C.

"Love this veteran family owned restaurant The owner was a very nice man as well as his son. The food is probably 10 out of 10 of any barbecue in Alcoa and Knoxville highly recommend I had the brisket and pulled pork. My son did the slider meal. Everything was wonderful."

"Hatcher's On Target BBQ is a hidden gem just outside of Knoxville. Their brisket is smoky and tender, with a perfect crust. It melts in your mouth, tender and juicy too! The pulled pork is flavorful! Can't go wrong with any of his sides! The sauces are out of this world. If you're in town, don't miss this spot!"
